1. Services Provided
Stadioo is an independent, privately-owned company specialising in sourcing and supplying tickets and hospitality packages for events worldwide. Utilising an extensive network, Stadioo provides access to a wide array of seats for nearly any event globally. Due to associated efforts and expenses, tickets are often sold above face value.
The Company also assists with ticket purchases through authorised platforms by providing necessary requisites, including local contact details or credit cards. In these instances, clients own tickets upon purchase and pay Stadioo a service fee for providing these requisites.
2. Availability and Seating
Tickets are subject to availability. Due to the nature of the ticket industry, delivery may occur as late as the event day. Stadioo cannot guarantee odd numbers of tickets to be seated together, nor specific rows or sections.
3. Cancellations
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or cancellations are permitted. On request, the Company may attempt to resell your tickets without any guarantees.
4. Weather Conditions
Weather-related issues impacting event attendance or causing cancellations or postponements are outside Stadioo's control. No refunds or compensation will be offered for unused services or inconvenience caused by weather conditions.
5. Transportation
Stadioo is not responsible for damages, delays, cancellations, or lack of public or private transportation availability due to uncontrollable circumstances, including acts of God, war, civil disturbances, state interventions, strikes, fires, floods, limited availability, or similar events.
6. Substitutions and Pricing
If requested tickets are unavailable, Stadioo reserves the right to upgrade or downgrade (with a partial refund) to the nearest category, or cancel the order entirely with a full refund. Prices are listed in Euros; deposits are non-refundable. Ticket prices are guaranteed at the time of full payment only.
7. Conditions of Sale
7.1 Clients must check their tickets upon receipt. Errors cannot be rectified afterward.
7.2 Refunds or exchanges are not available if an event is cancelled. In such cases, only the face value may be refunded.
7.3 Event Changes and Cancellations. Should events be rescheduled, payments will transfer to the new date. Clients are responsible for verifying event changes. Refunds are unavailable unless Stadioo receives a refund from event organisers. Refunds received from organisers will be transferred to clients accordingly.
7.4 Tickets incur a booking fee; tickets to sold-out events often include a premium, reflected in pricing.
7.5 Stadioo strives to deliver valid tickets ensuring event entry. If unable to deliver or if entry is denied due to ticket issues, Stadioo will refund the amount paid, including premiums, but is not liable for additional expenses incurred by clients.
8. Credit Card Application
For certain events requiring specific credit card access on authorised sales websites, Stadioo can issue such credit cards for the purchasing process. For security, accounts will be created and managed by Stadioo based on provided information. Clients gain full access to the accounts upon completing payment for tickets and service fees.
9. Delivery Methods
9.1 Event tickets are generally delivered the night before the event to clients' hotel accommodations. Hotel addresses must be provided during booking. Clients are advised to contact Stadioo at support@stadioo.com if tickets are not received within 24 hours of the event.
9.2 Delivery methods include personal handover, secure courier services, venue collection, or electronic tickets via email. Clients must provide accurate delivery information and are responsible for receiving tickets. Stadioo is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete information or unclaimed deliveries. Investigations into courier issues will occur as needed, though Stadioo accepts no liability for courier-related problems.
9.3 For card-entry events, local hotel delivery is mandatory. Clients must present a ticket confirmation and valid ID or credit card for ticket retrieval. Season or member cards provided must be returned immediately post-event according to provided instructions. Failure to return cards as directed will result in charges to the client's payment method equivalent to subsequent event ticket costs at the venue.
9.4 Clients must adhere strictly to organisers' ticketing terms and conditions, including ticket quantity limits. Breaches resulting in cancellation by organisers do not entitle clients to refunds.
10. Contractual Agreement

10.2 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
